Refund policy
Returns
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, you must contact our support first or you won't receive the refund since our return address may be different from our contact us address.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@artipetals.com.
Exchanges
For all returns of exchanges please contact ssupport@artipetals.com and provide them with your order number and reason for return or exchange. They will handle your request based on the rules stated in this page.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
